Your Tasks

  • Jointly with an experienced consultant you design and implement sophisticated logistics solutions within SAP implementation projects.
  • You support our customers with specific queries and further developing their solutions.
  • You accompany and support our clients on their way to the world of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • You are part of the project team and work independently in direct contact with the customer.

Your Profile

  • You have a completed education in the area of Business Administration, with focus on logistics or business informatics (FH/University) and/or you have several years of professional experience in this area.
  • Several years of professional experience as an external or internal consultant of SAP logistics modules.
  • ABAP knowledge are an advantage.
  • You have sufficient knowledge of German and English.
  • You have joy in consulting customers, and you have project management skills (IPMA; Scrum).
  • You like to work independently, and you are ready for further development.

Your Tasks

  • Holistic SAP CS process support, customizing and development activities with emphasis on CS / S/4-Service / FSM.
  • Participation in planning, conception, and realization of SAP customer service solutions.
  • Processing of change requests and process optimization.
  • Advising customers regarding the feasibility of change requests.
  • Business and technical customer support.
  • Support S/4HANA implementations and conversions.
  • Support, guidance, user trainings.

Your Profile

  • Completed IT-training (FH, University, HTL).
  • Several years of professional experience as an external or internal consultant in SAP customer service ideally being experienced in field service management and C4S.
  • ABAP knowledge are an advantage.
  • Experience with on premise and cloud systems.
  • Experience regarding integration (EDI).
  • Sufficient knowledge of German and English.

Your Tasks

  • You will be responsible for the sales of SAP solutions and services – preferably in the area of customer experience / enterprise asset management for new and existing customers.
  • You analyze customer demands and position a suitable SAP solution.
  • You will work closely with our consultants and SAP for prospecting.
  • You create offers on your own responsibility and follow them through completion.
  • Together with marketing you position new fields of business and control the demand generation.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies, education, or equivalent experience (business, IT).
  • Passion and enjoyment for sales and new customer acquisition.
  • Professional experience and proved success in selling SAP solutions and service or equivalent products, preferably in the area of customer experience, service management or enterprise asset management.
  • Experience in handling complex customer demands.
  • Personal responsibility, team spirit and excellent communication capabilities.
  • You have sufficient knowledge of German and English.
  • Readiness to travel.
