Whether young or experienced, an SAP-novice or SAP-warhorse – everybody, who fits in and wants to join us, will find the right place on the SRB-career ladder.

Classically it starts with a trainee program directly after school or university with focus on business informatics, computer science or business administration. Everything else you need for a start at SRB is enthusiasm for business processes and basic IT skills. Already existing SAP contact points are helpful, of course.

We offer a one-year trainee program in the areas supply chain management, customer relationship management, finance, or technology. A personal mentor will always be at your side. Not only SAP basics will be imparted but also in-depth knowledge in module customizing or special soft skills for customer service. Right from the beginning you get practical experience by working on customer projects. You finish the program with a certificate as SAP Certified Associate. After that nothing will stop your successful career at SRB.
