SAP Expertise Goes West: SRB Opens New Office in Wels
With the opening of the new location in Wels, SRB has been providing short routes to outstanding SAP expertise for customers in Western Austria and Southern Germany since April.
Proximity to customers is not just a buzzword for SRB. We at SRB live it – and act on it. Since April, we have been represented with a new location in Wels. The result: Short routes to our customers in Western Austria and Southern Germany.
“Western Austria and Bavaria are growth markets with high potential for us – therefore, the decision to open a new location there was actually quite logical,” explains Michael Breiner, Managing Director at SRB Consulting Team GmbH.
Focus on Warehouse Logistics
Specifically, SRB aims to strengthen its SAP expertise in warehouse logistics with the new office in Wels. Customers like Wienerberger and Polytec have trusted SRB's know-how and experience in warehouse management and SAP for years. This is set to be significantly expanded. A competence centre for this area is to be established in Wels: “I look forward to the challenge of developing Wels into an SRB competence centre for warehouse logistics,” says Romeo Beck, Team Lead Warehouse Management.
Not only is the customer base to be increased, but the number of SRB specialists with warehouse logistics expertise in Wels is also set to grow. Michael Breiner is confident that both will succeed: “We at SRB know the challenges in today's warehouse logistics and what customers in various industries expect from their SAP, inside and out. This brings the added value that distinguishes us from other service providers.”
Romeo Beck specifically mentions the SRB products that have emerged from years of collaboration with customers of various sizes in warehouse digitalisation projects. Products like the SRB Warehouse Cockpit, for example, an out-of-the-box solution integrated into SAP S/4HANA for digitised warehouse processes.
SAP Services from the Creative Centre
Furthermore, SRB has recognised the signs of the times and the new world of work, and instead of settling in its own, closed premises, has established itself in a coworking space in Workspace Wels.
“We have not only opened an office but secured a place in the Wels Creative Centre. This, along with the possible quick exchange with our versatile, creative co-workers, will surely have a positive impact on finding solutions for our customers' individual challenges,” concludes Romeo Beck.
